As part of the Microsoft EES benefits, eligible users can use Microsoft Imagine Standard.
Overview of Microsoft Imagine Standard
Usage of software products of Microsoft Imagine is restricted to educational or research purposes and has the following restrictions.
- You cannot use them for development for commercial purposes.
- You cannot use them for infrastructure operation of schools, colleges, or laboratories. For example, Exchange Server cannot be operated as an actual mail server in a laboratory.

For available software please sign-in to “Microsoft Imagine Standard for University of Tsukuba” and check the product list.
Eligible Users and Equipment
Eligible users: students, faculty and staff holding an @u or @un email address. (If you cannot use an @u or @un email address because of leaving, graduation, or completion of studies etc., you are no longer an eligible user.)
Eligible equipment: PCs which belong to the university and are managed by faculty or staff, private PCs used for educational or research purposes
How to Use
Registration with Web Store (signing up, first time only)
To use Microsoft Imagine Standard, you first need to sign up (register) at the URL of the Web Store (the link “Microsoft Imagine Standard for University of Tsukuba” below) with your @u.tsukuba.ac.jp (faculty and students) or @un.tsukuba.ac.jp (staff) email address. Students enrolled in or after FY 2017 (who use @s.tsukuba.ac.jp email addresses) also need to sign up with @u.tsukuba.ac.jp addresses. For those students, emails addressed to @u.tsukuba.ac.jp addresses are automatically transferred to @s.tsukuba.ac.jp addresses.

How to Install
By authenticating each user with a Web-based license management system called ELMS, you can download individual products and receive product keys.
