Please make sure to check \u201c<a href=\"#howtouse\">How to Use<\/a>\u201d before using the service.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Usage restrictions<\/h3>\n<p>The use of Azure Dev Tools software is limited to educational and research purposes and has the following limitations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It cannot be used for commercial purposes.<\/li>\n<li>It cannot be used to build infrastructure for undergraduate or laboratory computer environments. For example, Exchange Server cannot be used as a laboratory mail server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Available software<\/h3>\n<p>The available software is what appears in the Education software list on the Microsoft Azure portal site.<br \/>\n* To check the list, you must complete self sign-up on Microsoft Azure. Please refer to \u201c<a href=\"#howtouse\">How to Use<\/a>\u201d below before proceeding.<\/p>\n<h3>Range of use<\/h3>\n<p>Eligible persons:<br \/>\nUniversity members (faculty and students) who have been given @u or @un email addresses, as well as related personnel such as emeritus professors. (After graduation, completion, retirement, or other cases where you are no longer a university member, you will no longer be eligible.)<br \/>\nTarget devices:<br \/>\nUniversity PCs managed by faculty and staff, and personal computers used for education and research purposes.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"howtouse\">How to Use<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\nFor Students\n<\/li>\n<p>Please use your @u email address and your M365 password to complete self sign-up for Microsoft Azure from the <a href=\"https:\/\/signup.azure.com\/studentverification?offerType=1\" target=\"_blank\">self sign-up page<\/a>.<br \/>\n* Even if you have used the service before, you must sign up again.<\/p>\n<li>\nFor Faculty and Staff\n<\/li>\n<p>As of October 2025, the procedure for using Azure Dev Tools has changed.<br \/>\nDue to licensing specification changes, individual users can no longer obtain software or product keys directly.<br \/>\nThe administrator will check and handle requests, so please inform us of the software you need and the purpose of use through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cc.tsukuba.ac.jp\/wp_e\/support\/ees_inquiry\/\" target=\"_blank\">inquiry form<\/a>.<br \/>\n* Please do not perform the student-oriented self sign-up.
