New installation is not possible.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Windows OS installation on a Mac<\/strong><br \/>\n      The EES contract allows users to install Windows OS on a Mac using an upgrade license. The installation can be performed via one of the following two types of software:<br \/>\n      <strong><br \/>\n\t<1> Use Windows OS with Apple Boot Camp<br \/>\n\t<2> Use Windows OS as a virtual OS on Mac OS with virtualization software<br \/>\n      <\/strong><br \/>\n\t\u203b Virtualization software (VMware Fusion\uff0cParallels Desktop\uff0cVirtual Box)<br \/>\n\tFor both <1> and <2>, installation programs downloaded from Download Station cannot be used for the installation of Windows OS via the above software. Please borrow an installation DVD for new installation from the counter.<br \/>\nHowever, as a license agreement, an upgrade license with Mac OS as the upgrade source will be applied.<br \/>\n      <strong><br \/>\n\tPlease be aware of that we do not provide support for installation.<br \/>\n      <\/strong>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>In principle, the latest version and its former version will be distributed considering security and support burden\uff0e<\/li>\n<li>There are two types of each products (Japanese and English version). (Other language versions will not be distributed)<\/li>\n<li>Only Windows and Office products on the list can be used\uff0e<\/li>\n<li><strong>The EES contract is intended for faculty and staff. So students cannot install it.<\/strong><br \/>\n      \uff08However, it is possible for students to install products under the supervision and responsibility of their faculty members\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Core CAL (Core Client Access License)<\/h4>\n<p>Eligible personnel can also use CAL to connect to Windows Server OS.<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th><\/th>\n<th>CAL Category<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>Windows<\/th>\n<td>Windows Server CAL<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Exchange<\/th>\n<td>Exchange Server CAL<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>SharePoint<\/th>\n<td>SharePoint Server CAL<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>SCCM<\/th>\n<td>System Center Configuration Manager CML<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The server OS\uff08Windows Server 2012, etc.\uff09is not included in the EES contract. Please purchase it on your own.<\/strong><br \/>\n      The EES is based on the number of faculyt and staff. Therefore, Core CAL is only available to faculty and stuff who are coverd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Insufficient CAL and external connector licenses must be purchased by each organization.<\/li>\n<li>Always ask the Microsoft license contact or other designated contacts if clarification is needed\uff0e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please check the table below for the available software.
