The new on-campus backbone network, which ACCC is now working on, is scheduled to start up on October 1, 2015. Its construction schedule includes two events which cause network interruptions. The details of the events are as follows:
Date: Sunday, July 5, 2015 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Summary: reconstruction of power distribution board for the on-campus backbone network
Areas or Systems Affected: Access to the on-campus network will be suspended in the whole campus including all remote locations.
Date: Monday, July 6, 2015 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Summary: reconstruction of the Bunkyo building’s power distribution board for the on-campus backbone network
Areas or Systems Affected: Access to the on-campus network will be interrupted for about 5 minutes twice during the above time in the Bunkyo building and in the affiliated elementary school.
The construction schedule includes other events which cause network interruptions. ACCC will announce them separately.
