CCサーバでのメーリングリストの移行に関するお詫び(2015.11.10)
平成27 年11 月10 日(火)10 時 – 14 時半頃に、学情センターのメーリングリストの移行作業を実施しました。
その際に、移行スクリプトの不具合により、ML に登録済みのメンバーの方に退会の挨拶メールが送信されてしまいました。
実際には、ML メンバーを移植する作業なので、退会メールは無用のお知らせでありますので、恐れ入りますが、読み捨て願います。
この度は、確認不足のため、ご迷惑をおかけしたことを謹んでお詫び申し上げます。
Suspension of Computer and Network System Operations during University Wide Power Outage (2015/10/24, 25)
The University of Tsukuba will be implementing a campus wide power outage on Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25, 2015, which will necessitate the suspension of computer and network system operations.
■ Tsukuba Campus Network System
While the main network system will continue to work through this period, the floor switches will turn off and it will be impossible to gain access via the campus common areas or classrooms (On-Campus Wi-Fi System will be inoperable due to the power cut off) as follows.
North, Central, South and West Areas (excluding Ichinoya, Hirasuna and Oikoshi Dormitories)
Saturday October 24 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday October 25 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Kasuga Area (including Kasuga Dormitory)
Saturday October 24 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Emails coming from outside of the university system will be delivered as soon as the department server is back online provided the server is set to receive emails through the mail gateway. Otherwise, the e-mails may be returned to the sender depending on the configuration of servers along the delivery path.
The Student Residence Hall Network System will be available except in Kasuga Dormitory on each day. However, the system will be unavailable during another electrical equipment inspection held in Dormitories (excluding Kasuga Dormitory):
Hirasuna/ Oikoshi Dormitory Thursday, October 22 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Ichinoya Dormitory Friday, October 23 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The network of the other areas including Tokyo campus will not be affected, but it will, naturally, be impossible to connect to the suspended servers in the Tsukuba Campus area.
■ Zengaku Computer System
Saturday October 24 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday October 25 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
The mail server for addresses ending with “@u.tsukuba.ac.jp” and the web mail server for those ending with “@u.tsukuba.ac.jp” as well as the web server will operate as usual. All other services will be suspended. All satellite computer rooms will be available except for those affected by the power outage.
■ The Learning Management System (manaba) will operate as normal. However,
“movie button” will be inactive during the following period:
6:10 PM on Friday, October 23 to 8:30 AM on Monday, October 26
■ The Remote Lecture/Automatic Recording Lecture System will be interrupted during the following period:
6:10 PM on Friday, October 23 to 8:30 AM on Monday, October 26
■ The Educational Cloud System will be interrupted during the following period:
3:00 PM on Friday, October 23 to 12:00 PM on Monday, October 26
■ The TSUKUBA OCW will be interrupted during the following period:
3:00 PM on Friday, October 23 to 12:00 PM on Monday, October 26
■ The rental server will operate as normal.
学内無線LANシステムのutwlan-wにおいての、認証画面での証明書エラーについて
下記のお知らせに関してですが、7月2日11:25からメンテナンス作業により、新しい証明書に更新を行いました。
ご迷惑をお掛けいたしました。

現在学内無線LANシステムの中のutwlan-wにおいて、認証する際のWEBページにおいて、証明書エラーが表示されます。
証明書の切り替え作業を行っていますが、、正常にインストールできない障害が発生しており、そのため証明書エラーが表示されます。
現在構築業者と原因究明について調査を行っておりますが、証明書が正常になるまでは、認証画面や証明書情報をご確認していただき、学術情報メディアセンターのWEBページであることを確認してから認証を行ってください。
Certificate Error Message on the Login Page for On-Campus Wi-Fi System “utwlan-w”
ACCC performed maintenance on July 2nd at 11:25 am to fix the issue below, and the certificate has started to work properly.

A certificate error message may appear when logging in to On-Campus Wi-Fi System “utwlan-w”. That is because the certificate is not properly installed. ACCC is now trying to determine the cause with the manufacture. We suggest using another Wi-Fi network “utlan-x” instead until the certificate is properly installed.
Unscheduled Maintenance on Access Point Connections (July 2, 2015)
ACCC will be performing maintenance on Access Point Connections as follows:
Date: Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 11:25 am – 12:00 pm

学内無線LANシステム緊急メンテナンスについて(7/2)
次の通り、学内無線LANシステムのメンテナンスを行います。
急な作業となりご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、システムの安定運用のための作業ですので、ご了承をお願いいたします。
日時:2015年7月2日(木)11時25分~12時15分
作業内容:学内無線LANシステムのメンテナンス
影響範囲:学内無線LANシステム
Network Interruptions due to New On-Campus Backbone Network Construction (2015/7/5 – 6)
The new on-campus backbone network, which ACCC is now working on, is scheduled to start up on October 1, 2015. Its construction schedule includes two events which cause network interruptions. The details of the events are as follows:
Date: Sunday, July 5, 2015 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Summary: reconstruction of power distribution board for the on-campus backbone network
Areas or Systems Affected: Access to the on-campus network will be suspended in the whole campus including all remote locations.
Date: Monday, July 6, 2015 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Summary: reconstruction of the Bunkyo building’s power distribution board for the on-campus backbone network
Areas or Systems Affected: Access to the on-campus network will be interrupted for about 5 minutes twice during the above time in the Bunkyo building and in the affiliated elementary school.
The construction schedule includes other events which cause network interruptions. ACCC will announce them separately.
基幹ネットワーク更改に伴うネットワーク停止(2015/7/5 – 6)のお知らせ、障害情報の追加(7・5)
7月5日(日)分の電源工事については予定通り終了しましたが、工事後のネットワーク機器再起動で不具合が発生したため、ネットワーク機器について再度リセットを行い、15時25分から15時35分の間、予定外のネットワーク停止が発生しました。

学術情報メディアセンターでは10月1日運用開始予定で学内基幹ネットワーク装置の更新作業を行っております。
この中でネットワーク装置を接続する電源の工事が必要となったため、次の日程でネットワーク停止を伴う電源工事を行います。
日時:2015年7月5日(日)12時~13時
作業内容:基幹ネットワーク装置用分電盤の改修
影響範囲:遠隔地も含めた大学全体でネットワークが1時間程度停止します。
日時:2015年7月6日(月)12時~13時
作業内容:文京校舎の基幹ネットワーク装置用分電盤の改修
影響範囲:文京校舎、附属小学校のネットワークで5分以内の停止が2回発生します。
なお、基幹ネットワーク更新作業では他にもネットワーク停止を伴う作業がありますので、別途お知らせいたします。
Mail Relay Limitations on the Inbound (Receiving) E-mail Gateway
On March 18 (Wed), 2015 at 9:00 am, ACCC is going to limit the possible destinations of relay mails via the receiving gateway, i.e. “smtpgwin.cc.tsukuba.ac.jp” (hereinafter referred to as “smtpgwin”) to university addresses (such as those ending with “tsukuba.ac.jp” or those approved by the subnetwork committee). From then on, it will be impossible to send outgoing mails (or relay mails) via smtpgwin. Originally, smtpgwin was installed to send inbound mails to other university e-mail addresses. Some users, however, send outgoing mails (or relay mails) via smtpgwin. This is against ACCC’s guidelines for mail gateway operation, so ACCC has decided to take measures to stop it.
If you are using smtpgwin to relay your mails, please configure your computer not to do so by the above date.
