About the phenomenon that multiple browsers cannot be launched.

Trend Micro Ltd. has announced the support news as follows.

ACCC received this information and fixed this problem on December 3rd.

 

If your PC (installed Virus Buster) encounter this phenomenon, please apply following solution.

Reboot your PC with a connection to the campus network (including VPN connection) and leave it running for about 2-30 minutes.

 

Once the settings are loaded from the ACCC management server, edge and chrome will be launched.
