A vulnerability has been discovered in network equipment at Bunkyo School Building
We will fix this problem at the next date and time.
Network communication will not be interrupted during the operation, however, communication may become unstable at the Bunkyo school building.

The maintenance for virtual environment of ACCC will be take place on December 19th(Sun). The servers on the environment are not available for about 10 minutes between 8:30 to 9:30.

Maintenance of the network equipment at the Bunkyo School Building will be performed on the following date and times.
During the maintenance, the network of Bunkyo School Building and the Elementary School, University Tsukuba will be down.
There will be no impact on other schools belonging to the Education Bureau of the Laboratory Schools other than the Elementary School, University Tsukuba.

The following maintenance will be performed on the communication device connected to the Mail Gateway that checks for viruses and spam in the mail operated at the Academic Computing and Communications Center
Please note that emails that go through the Mail Gateway will not be relayed during the maintenance.
Most mail servers are set up to try to resend messages after a certain period if they are unable to connect to the destination server.
However, whether or not to make such settings depends on the operation policy of the sender’s mail server.
If you are unable to receive e-mails sent out at that time, please ask the mail server administrator of the sender.

The Anti Virus Software, Trend Micro Apex One （Windows version）has been updated.
The latest version is 14.0.9645 (build 9645)
The latest one is distributed from Download station.
To update the latest version, reboot your PC while connected with management server.
It is automatially updated if you leave for a few minutes to boot.
Depending on the circumstances of management server load, update process may take a few days or not be done automatically.
If you wish to update the latest version forcibly, please download from Download station then install it.
We would like to inform you that we will be performing our On-Campus Wi-Fi System maintenance

However now the problem has been solved, so we will stop utwlan-xa around 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021.
If you have been using utwlan-xa, please use utwlan-x after that.
