This page is only for staff members who use the @un.tsukuba.ac.jp email address (hereafter referred to as “@un address”) on the Groupware Office System (hereafter referred to as “GWO”).

Do not use Microsoft 365 to read or write email

When you enter the Microsoft 365 site with a browser, you will see an Outlook icon on the left. Only Microsoft365 related notifications such as Teams will be sent to this Outlook. You will not be able to receive email addressed to a general @un address.
Please use the GWO email system to read and write email.

Forwarding of Teams and other notifications

Notification emails such as Teams that arrive in Outlook in Microsoft 365 can be forwarded to other addresses. However, you cannot forward to GWO’s @un address, so please use other addresses if you wish to do so.
