Microsoft Office installation package is provided by Software Distribution Management System (Download Station, DS).

Installation method

Office

1. Get the installer from DS.
2. Run the downloaded installer.
3. After the installation is complete, restart your PC.

Office for Mac

1. Get the installer and serializer from DS.
2. Run the serializer after running the downloaded installer.
3. After the installation is complete, restart your PC.

Precautions

※You can skip sign-in when starting office.
※Office 2019 can only be installed on Windows 10 or 11.
※Please restart your PC after the installation is completed (it will not be activated unless you restart it). When installing, be sure to connect to the campus network. (This is because KMS activation is performed at the time of installation in order to activate. Please see here for details on KMS activation.)
※Please uninstall and install the old Office application. (If the old Office product is installed, problems such as Office 2019 not starting will occur.) Please uninstall at your own risk.

Login to DS

Authentication with a unified authentication ID (UTID-13) by faculty and staff is required.
