Overview

Under the EES agreement, members of the University of Tsukuba can use Microsoft 365 free of charge, including Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Stream, etc.
When using these services, please follow the Microsoft 365 Usage and Operation Policy in the University of Tsukuba.
In addition, there have been cases of Microsoft 365 accounts being compromised at the University. To enhance security, we recommend setting up multi-factor authentication.

Eligible Users and Accounts

University of Tsukuba Microsoft accounts are available to university members (including students) and affiliated users who have an email address ending in @u.tsukuba.ac.jp (hereinafter called @u) or @un.tsukuba.ac.jp (hereinafter called @un). Your @u or @un email address serves as your Microsoft account.
Please note that if you leave the university and can no longer use your @u or @un address, you will no longer be eligible to use this service, and your account will be deleted. Please make sure to back up your data before the end of your affiliation period.

Password

The password is for your @u or @un Microsoft account.
(It is different from the password for Unified Authentication UTID-13 (the 13-digit ID).)
