A2 : The “Account Profile” displayed when logging into Adobe is used for Behance, Portfolio, and community forums.
Since the university’s user accounts are automatically linked with unified authentication IDs, it is not possible to change the account profile. If you wish to control the display on public platforms (such as Behance, Portfolio, or community forums), you can update the “Public Profile” to modify what others see.

Q3 : How many devices can I install the Adobe CC Desktop App on?
A3 : There is no limit to the number of installations on PCs owned by the university.

Q4：A message such as “Cannot verify subscription status” or “Error code 20400” appears, and the application cannot be used properly.
A4： This indicates that an authentication-related error has occurred.

Then try the following steps:
Check your login account, log out, and log back in.Restart your computer.
If the issue persists, try completely uninstalling and reinstalling all Adobe products, including previous versions, as described on the following page:

Installing and using the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app on another computer.
If you only need Acrobat, using the web version of Acrobat instead.
Q5：Can I generate videos with Firefly?
A5：Firefly can be used with Adobe CC (Complete Plan (Educational Institutions)) contracted by our university.
However, the Video Model function cannot be used.
